Heading into the heart of the winter sports schedule following the holidays, Linganore wrestling coach Ben Arneson is the guest on this week’s episode of The Final Score podcast.

Arneson chats with host Greg Swatek about the challenges of dealing with the holidays during the course of a season season and the interruptions to routines and schedules that come about. They also talk about the wrestling scene in Frederick County, including Linganore’s run to the state duals finals and county team titles last season, as well as the Lancers’s outlook this season with a much different and much younger team.
