Rich chats with host Greg Swatek about why he is so excited about the coming season and why he is so perpetually positive and energetic. He talks about what he has learned about being a head coach heading into his fourth season on the job and the various challenges that come along with it.

The guys run through the Cougars' projected lineup and schedule and discuss what reasonable expectations are for this team. They also discuss the new turf field being installed at the school and how that might impact things.
